CANCELLATION POLICY

By booking, I confirm that: 1. Deposits & Payments If a deposit is required, I will pay it through the booking site (3.5% processing fee applies). All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance is due in cash, via Zelle, or tap-to-pay (3.5% processing fee) 2. Late Arrivals If I am running late, I will notify my specialist and be in the room within the 9-minute grace period. If I exceed this, my deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be canceled. (The suite is located inside a building—please allow extra time for parking and locating the suite.) 3. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit and a 50% service charge. 4. Guests No extra guests are allowed during the appointment. 5. Age Requirement Clients must be 18 years or older. For all bikini services, a valid ID is required to verify age. If not provided, the service cannot be performed. 6. Consent/Policy/Release of Liability All forms must be completed before your appointment.
